Terms of Service
These Terms describe the rules for using the 360 Rights website, dashboard, reports, and administration services.
1. Agreement
By using the 360 Rights website, dashboard, reports, forms, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that organization.
2. Services and service models
360 Rights provides software and operational services for music catalog visibility, review, and administration across recordings and publishing. Workspace is the self-service offering. Management provides hands-on administration after approval. Enterprise is configured for larger organizations, teams, and custom operating requirements. Available features and service scope depend on the applicable plan, proposal, order form, or separate written agreement.
3. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access with anyone who is not authorized to view or manage the relevant customer account or catalog.
4. Your catalog information
You retain your rights in the music, metadata, ownership records, splits, and other catalog information you provide. You grant 360 Rights the limited permission needed to host, process, organize, display, export, and support that information in providing the service you request.
5. Reports, imports, and external source information
Reports and catalog records may use information you provide and data returned by available external sources or services. Results reflect the information available at the time of review and may change when the underlying source records change. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for a rights, registration, or business decision.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information and claims you submit. You confirm that you have the permissions and rights required to provide that information to 360 Rights and to request any import, lookup, administration, or change on the relevant catalog.
7. Fees and commercial terms
Fees, included services, project terms, revenue-share arrangements, renewal terms, and payment terms may differ by Workspace, Management, Enterprise, proposal, order form, or separate written agreement. Where a proposal, order form, or separate agreement applies, its commercial terms control for that service.
8. Third-party services
The service may use or refer to third-party music-industry sources and services, including distributors, DSPs, PROs, CMOs, publishers, labels, registries, copyright offices, and data providers. Their records, rules, fees, availability, timing, and decisions remain outside 360 Rights' control.
9. Professional advice and outcomes
360 Rights provides catalog software and operational support. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, collection society, distributor, publisher, or PRO. Information provided through the service does not replace qualified legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and 360 Rights does not guarantee royalty amounts, payment dates, registration approval, claim outcomes, copyright-office decisions, platform response times, or recovery of past revenue.
10. Acceptable use
Do not submit false claims, impersonate another rightsholder, add unlawful material, violate third-party rights, bypass security, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access account or catalog information without authorization.
11. Service availability and changes
360 Rights may update the website, dashboard, features, plans, pricing, or service scope. Access may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure providers, internet conditions, third-party platforms, or events outside reasonable control. Any applicable written agreement continues to control the service scope it covers.
12. 360 Rights intellectual property
The 360 Rights name, marks, software, platform design, reports, templates, text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to 360 Rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. Do not copy, imitate, register, or use confusingly similar brand assets without written permission.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable written agreement. 360 Rights may suspend or end access for nonpayment, breach of these Terms, misuse, security or legal risk, or conduct that harms 360 Rights, its users, or third parties.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Rights and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to 360 Rights for the service giving rise to that claim during the preceding twelve months.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless 360 Rights and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and providers from claims, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your catalog information, use of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the 360 Rights contact page.
