Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information 360 Rights handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we handle

When you use 360 Rights, we handle the account and contact information you provide, including your name, username, email address, phone number, account membership, subscription context, and session information. We also handle contact and support messages you send us.

2. Catalog and rights information

We handle catalog information you create, add, or import into the service. This may include artists, releases, recordings, works or compositions, identifiers, contributors, rights owners, ownership details, splits, registration information, report data, and revenue-statement data.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure 360 Rights, authenticate users, provide account and catalog access, display and organize catalog records, generate reports, process administration requests, respond to support requests, and maintain the reliability of the service.

4. Access to catalog information

Catalog access is controlled by account membership, catalog assignment, and staff access rules. Authorized users within a customer account, assigned 360 Rights Account Managers, and Super Admins may access information when their role and account context permit it. We use this access to operate, support, and administer the service.

5. Service providers and external sources

We use service providers for infrastructure, database operations, and contact-email delivery. When you request an available import or lookup, the service may send the information needed for that request to the relevant external music-industry source, such as TIDAL, YouTube, The MLC, or SoundExchange. Those sources process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Cookies, sessions, and local storage

360 Rights uses an HTTP-only session cookie to maintain signed-in access. The browser may also store limited local data for essential interface state, such as sign-in feedback, account preview state, and local audit-display information. Blocking required browser storage may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can eliminate every risk. Keep credentials private, manage account access carefully, and provide only information you are authorized to share.

8. Retention and your requests

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain security, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal, contractual, or recordkeeping obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information through the 360 Rights contact page.

9. International processing

Information may be processed in the countries where 360 Rights or its service providers operate. Where applicable, we use safeguards appropriate to the processing involved.

10. Contact

Privacy questions and data requests can be submitted through the 360 Rights contact page.
