Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, payment issues, and refunds apply to 360 Rights services.

1. Scope

This Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to payments for 360 Rights Workspace subscriptions and, where applicable, Management and Enterprise services. A proposal, order form, or separate written agreement controls if it conflicts with this policy for a particular service.

2. Workspace subscriptions

Workspace may be offered on monthly or annual subscription terms. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You may cancel before renewal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period.

3. Workspace refunds

Amounts charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. 360 Rights does not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time in an active billing period. An approved Workspace upgrade may take effect after successful payment.

4. Workspace allowance and payment issues

Workspace currently supports an artist-catalog allowance of 1–10, based on the option selected for the subscription. If a payment fails, we may provide a seven-day grace period to resolve it. After that period, access to the service or particular services may be restricted or suspended until payment is resolved. Payment issues do not mean that customer data is immediately deleted.

5. Management and Enterprise

Management and Enterprise commercial terms may vary by proposal, order form, or separate agreement. Setup or project fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Third-party expenses are non-refundable once incurred or committed with your authorization. Recurring or custom fees, termination, renewal, and refund terms may be governed by the applicable agreement.

6. Payment services

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Their processing of payment information is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. 360 Rights does not set provider-specific payment rules through this policy.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services and billing arrangements evolve. Questions about billing, cancellation, or refunds can be submitted through the 360 Rights contact page.
